Pierro still wins the cox plate...that run was huge..it was never set for the guineas..gai had cox plate in mind...this horse is a star..if u give any horse the run Pierro had would of finished 5 lengths of winner not half length..

Yeh good run yesterday I think this race will hold no bearing on the cox plate..if any horse to come out of it for long term would be rekindled interest cox plate and sneak a peek melb/caul cups...
