Some effort then by new trainer! Hadn't really done much in its career before injury. It's only Kal I know but it's humming. There were always wraps on the horse early. sale was done at 40k before it fractured its pelvis, then free after.

To correct mine i should add it was GST inclusive...

I have a bill from one of the above trainers in hand at present. no change out of $4,300.00 including extras (transport ,strapper, ongoing vets )

What is everyones thoughts on He's a decoy ? Massive strike rate , just hasn't had any mares. I thought being a half to \ danetime he would be supported

Leasing is the norm for longer term arrangements. It's my experience that the 50/50 deal is popular when horses are fit and racing when sent to country/ provincial type areas for a few runs / season. The right horses work well for all concerned, esp…

I actually thought it to be a reasonable assumption (Gary H). You would need quite the motive to be out there given the possible consequences of being caught, not to mention no lights, safety officer etc.

60K evaluation looks a touch ambitious for mine, in this market. Good luck to him if he gets it though.

Looks like Magic Millions can't win... Support country racing by putting on an event like this and cop flack ? The quality of field is low but it's my understanding it was to be expected with the late programming of the race, they are looking to gro…

All good slipper , each to one's own.........Pandora get back in your box (pun intended)

With every respect to young Emma who is doing a terrific job the quality of riders in Kal is very ordinary same level ad Carnarvon. Well short of the quality of Albany riding ranks. Kal racing very over rated I agree but ordinary jockeys still win…

Just thought the pace had him off the bit too early, your right about the position of the winner though. Just grinds my gears when a person whose mental acumen is well below par goes and puts the pace on for the "preffered" stable runner.

Backed street eclipse in the mile.....Never had a chance the way the race was run...... D.Sparks should get a month for that effort, had one ride for the stable all day and looked to have put the pace on for another runner :-\"

That is horrendous - for horse and owners!!! Way too tough at times.... I thought having our Snitzel turned out the week it was meant to go to trial for the second time in 5 months was tough!!!! At least we still have him...I think that's a blessing…

Declaring her a non-runner would have open up a can of worms. If horses that disadvantaged themselves were all declared non-runners they'd be refunding the barrier rogues every second race.

Shame to see HH leave without the chance to prove himself locally . Hopefully my little colt can do him some justice..

Gee few knockers out there ...... If a bloke wants to pump so money into the industry in these tough times then hats off to the bloke. If there not spending your "sweet sweet moolah" then whats it to ya ?

Is Mailman the one that leaves every second week ? or is that a different serial pest ?

who cares... halfwit comment

Bloke can train, some funny methods but his results speak for themselves

One forumite has an interest in one of the runners. I was surprised it handed up when they were going so slow. Perhaps they have bigger fish to fry.... $40K Race and hasn't won for over 12 months , think the "Forumite" wouldn't be happy the rider g…

As previously posted ... 4 from 8 ..... Where do I sign , I'd like that problem

Will give the bloke some credit though, Fessed up and pleaded guilty.. didn't drag it out through multiple enquiries like 9/10 people do.

Very average effort by the Sunday Times... No need for the picture in the paper today.... bit rich

Interesting to look at black george in this. 55kg.... Might find life very tough now after copping his 21 points for the Hannans win.

Upon Speaking to the handicapper about esperance ratings... the answer was given that that 3 points (for winning by two lengths) would have made lets go secret carry to much weight.... "Isn't that called Handicapping"

Agree with darkshines here. If I owned the horse it wouldn't be in Taylors yard.... Probably not Mcnairs either ... But it certainly wouldnt be here in W.A. All the best to them
