yes LLS and if it goes east there are a lot of races it can enter at its current rating with prize money to cover the purchase cost...plus WFA listed races. 3 or 4 Saturday wins and the new owners should have most of their outlay black.
To me it is a no brainer.. And if they don't sell it, the next best thing would be to move it east...but why take all that cost and risk when you can put money in the bank and be able to buy a nice one to have another go at fame and glory.
its such a fickle game, he could break down tomorrow, have a stable accident, get bitten by a snake or just lose form.
if the current owners are like the majority of us...knock about dudes with limited funds i'd say grab it with both hands...

Depends I suppose if the connections have had a good one previously, if they have a dream of group glory - money cant buy it.
Horse has shown he is just a little behind the top liners this prep - with not a lot of improvement he could be right amongst them in the big races next carnival.
Might be selling the only opportunity they will ever get to have a horse run in the Railway or Winterbottom.
If they are in it for the money then anything around the 200k mark and I'd take it

thanks for the input pendles...
I'd still be taking anything close to that, and I haven't been involved in a good one for years, but that is a lot of play money, especially considering that he has already earned about 300k
Would have to win around 350k in the next 2 years to make knocking back $250k for 1/2 a financially sound decision.
Good luck to connections which ever way they go - I know what I would be doing $-)
As I have always said, owning 50% or 5% still produces the same feeling when your horse wins.
As an owner it is also the dream to have a horse win feature races over East, so take the money, keep half your share and find out how good he is over east.
