The track isn't the only issue for PR, I have heard there is a lot of unfinished projects that they are still trying to finish. They might have tried to do to much in to little time or bad management?

I have heard RWWA are about to pay for the upgrade to Belmont tracks irrigation system which is worth over 1 million. If they are going ahead with this then Belmont still is in their plans for the future.

It's all about revenue and just like cirque it will bring in money for Perth racing. You can thank Tony Favazzo for these events as he works tirelessly to get these events up and running for PR.

The Committee has to much to say on the running of PR so why would you want to be a CEO and not have control of your own destiny. If they can't find one now what sort of candidate will they get in 6 months???

I hope PR don't go bankrupt before they see any more money. They could still lose a lot of money in 5 years going on past deals they have done. The track and grandstand are still owned by PR too.

Maybe Perth Racing should look within as from what I have heard this bloke has respect from committee, patrons and trainers. To many companies look outside when the best person for the position is right under their nose.
