Winner gave it wind burn and is far from top class.

With the greatest respect you guys know nothing about conditions. She would have blown them away.
Anyway I know nothing I'm only a horse owner. You guys must be trainers & forecasters of weather.

$1.2m in the kitty. First start on a wet track. Didn't go a yard in it. You blokes are being pretty hard on a horse that's more than proven itself...

She is a 2nd up horse so the Sangster is what we are after, she then always gets fitter so the Goodwood is on the cards. If the weather is for us she will do well. She has never looked better, luck wasn't on our side today. Thanks for those who understand the favourite has won over 1.3 million & likes a wet track. Maggie has never experienced anything like today. So in the Sangster only one horse today beat Maggie. So I'm not concerned only the weather concerns me.

If your going East at this time of year then you will hit wet tracks, but then again you would have known that.

You never know, she may be a mudlark and today's run may have geed her up to what its all about. I hope so , would love to have one like her. Go Maggie you good thing =D>

They hadn't had rain for 6 months in Adelaide

Legless very kind & you are correct but what do you do when there are no races in Perth. All our top rated horses have no option & in most cases are not good enough to win over East. I can assure any doubters she is good enough. Forget today's run. This horse gives her all, she has never had the credit she deserves, most people wrote her off after her 2nd start. not many horses in WA earn over a million, in fact she has earned more than any horse in her family. Her family are exceptional.

Seriously mate I don't know why you're bothered by the "informed" opinion of the legions of bank bulging experts on here, you know your horse is good and it's clear to most with an ounce of common sense that she floundered in the going today and wasn't at all comfortable, if she gets a dry track she's in those races with a very good chance. Here's hoping for a dry track for you in the Sangster in which she should be ideally suited.

i hate it when people are better than me at doing things.
you can be much much more condescending and offensive than me, no matter how hard i try.
    do you give lessons?

Thought she was travelling like a winner, J Brown rode her a treat, knowing Jimmy I am pretty sure she would have not have been 100%. Definitely floundered in the going, the bump wasn't alot but that Morphetville can get very shifty when wet. Good run IMO. Will be winning the Goodwood on a dry track.

I didn't see many races yesterday but just checked out a few replays. After reading the posts early in this thread i figured she must have finished a long way from the winner but after seeing the replay it wasn't too discouraging at all I believe.
Agree with PB... there is no way she was totally wound up for that race. The Goodwood will be a higher grade than that race but in the right circumstances she is a chance for sure.

Carey that wasn't directed at you (no idea why you would take that personally) but there's no doubt there's some genuine prize winning morons that post on here, many of whom wouldn't know a good horse if it jumped up and bit them on the arse and whom love to give someone a kick in the teeth when they're lying on the ground.
I can count on one hand the people on here I would give the time of day to, any wonder I don't bother going to the races anymore unless I have to. I can sit at home and do my own thing on raceday when I'm not working and not have to listen to complete and utter drivel and avoid having people with little to no idea get inside your head and potentially affect your judgment.
Anyway my point was that she clearly floundered in the going and anyone who can't recognise or refuses to acknowledge that well I hold great fear for their future punting as it's hardly going to be very successful.

personally I think BHB needs a good spell in a lush paddock.....plenty of bigger fish to fry.

Well your comment suggested otherwise but like I said there are very few people on here that make any sense whatsoever and many have their own agenda.
I could write that the sky is blue and someone on here would be guaranteed to argue otherwise, there are very, very, few people on here I would bother giving the time of day to as I prefer to deal with decent people and there are few on here that fit that category.
I wish Jim and the owner of Magnifisio the best of luck on Saturday and hope that their horse if it doesn't win runs to its best.

you need to read your posts.

people were offering an opinion on the run of magnifisio(of which i have no opinion) in adelaide.
for having that opinion......"Seriously mate I don't know why you're bothered by the "informed" opinion of the legions of bank bulging experts on here"
now, who is to say they are any less 'expert' than you are, and who is to say that their 'bulging banks' don't bulge more than yours????
then there is this......."but there's no doubt there's some genuine prize winning morons that post on here ".
and that is simply because they expressed an opinion
that the subject is magnifisio is irrelevant, it just follows your usual pattern.
    it could have been anything.

anyway my opinion is that no matter how 'expert' you think you are at the racing game, you are crap at it, compared to how good you are at condescension and being a know all.
