has been suspended for 12 weeks. 6 weeks suspended providing counselling done and no conduct offences for 2 years.

Suspension starts from his standing down so is out until Wednesday 6th March

    Reading his quotes in the paper. I think he even knew he was in a heap of trouble.
    The way I read it, I believe he is very remorseful and willing to cop whatever came his way.

    To be honest, in this day and age there is absolutely no place for racial abuse. 
    Hopefully the two can get past this, as there would have been a relationship previously with the Gangemi stable.

    Not sure that Shaun Mcgruddy has much of a clue re modern-day expectations, given his recent suspension due to racism and today's display after The Joey. Not sure if the below link will work, but he clearly grabbed the genital area of someone in clear view of the camera and in public at the races today in the post-race beaten jockeys interviews after that race. (I think it is Rhys Radford but not sure).

    i then thought the interviewer said Shaun McGruddy, Genitals Son. I have booked a hearing appointment for Tuesday  ;)
