R5: It's looking to me we might get an EW price via mid tote on Valedictorian. I just love how it hit the line, fave has the big wrap but I think this oneight be pretty special.

R7: Extraordinary Marry on the thinking it could tuckaway early and run on at the big odds in an upside down run race.

R9: Joey James bounce on the bunny and then have options if the good ones get there quickly but if not can just hold the front.

R10: Free To Air. Doesn't win often but I think he is ready, Voaky to get the front and then go too early and give FTA the chance to run him down.

Ernie M - on his racing and pacing segment on Curtin radio this afternoon - mentioned that the Gloucester Park track  is 92 years old - hes allways good for bits of info like that

So they must have started around 1930/31 - i wonder what horse and driver won the 1st race at GP

FWIW - Ernie also mentioned that The Daily News paper ( Rod White used to have a sensational horse by horse form analysis - in that paper - that is the only reason i bought it )  are having a big reunion - mid Sept for all former staff - a hotel opposite  the former  Rose St headquarters  - Ogradys i think he said

I was going to post last night - the Pearl Classic winner - Never Ending

Bit of a fluke that horse - on the dam side talk about modest - Endless Journey - 9 starts for nothing - last start 2.6 rate beaten 20 metres at Kal - its mother had 1 start at Benalla

Theres 13 in the horse and its with  a trainer who doesnt have bad horses - thus would suggest - they would have paid reasonable money for it as a yearling - must  have been a nice walker - hah

It is an evolving  and quality family, a proven broodmare Endless Journey....dam of Isaiah Artois 1.58.3, $117k, Janet Gai 1.58.6 (bred on Dam of Otis 1.55, nearly $100k), Dibaba 1.54, $112k, Mandy Joan 1.54.9, $167k and now Never Ending ....by champion juvenile sire Sweet Lou. Wasn't cheap, I think all the money at $75k....I don't think it is any where near the "fluke" category as much as breeding itself can be somewhat flukey. He was certainly a good looker at the sale.

Youve got a hide mentioning  Dibaba  112k - it won 70k of that because of the loophole in the  handicapping system over East

Endless Journey is also a half sister to Like A Dame ...the dam of David Hercules amongst others

Kellerberrin today - upcoming race 5 - really interesting race - a good race to watch even if you aernt betting

I actually had 2 small e/w bets last night on the fixed odds ( i think the fave is a big risk - and also the thing drawn behind )

Tux and Tails - very honest horse - consistent and genuine

The other one Tenacious George - its blown like the Noth wind - now $31 - its ready to win - 3 starts back at Northam - well if you backed it - youd still be crying - started to pelt - driver fined careless driving - hit a wheel galloped - gonzo

Very tricky race this - but i think those 2 can run well
