Looks a likely early double for Pikey so my interest starts in R3, actually hope he is 2/2 heading into the third because I think Night Session can beat his mount she looks about ready to win..progressing nicely after 4 runs and the last indicates the trip shouldn't be a problem, Paul Harvey knows the horse quite well too.Have also had a spec on Love Strikes and Typhoon Ben both are likely improvers.

R6 Costa Del Santo steps up slightly in trip and whilst an inside draw isn't ideal i'm trusting Pateman will just get this big boy to the outside and set him alight again, he is my best for the day and at around $5 boosted looks a great bet.

R7 From the sticky gate Trutiara just needs to find the front or breeze outside of possible leader Michelle Ma Belle, if she can be prominent she should be right in the finish again..get in Ponty!

Happy punting.

Dunbar in the 1st is interesting. Looked to let down really well in his trial, but only ran 1.03.5

Cliff Young could go quicker than that. Will probably brain them, but at $1.32 I will be looking on.

Don't mind Run D'affaire Run EW from the nice gate @ $7.50 in Race 4.

Trakiato in the last is my best. Drops back in grade from a luckless run and drawn much better.

I don't know how black lighting in race 2 is at $1.55. Last start she had everything go her way, in a very average maiden field, which was run at a very slow tempo. I think I could have probably lead in that race and still finished in the top 3.

    With you on Trakiato

Morse was very green at debut, may be an improver.

What a fiasco race 2 was. One rears and scratched at the barriers, one that refuses to jump and a protest to cap it off.

What an absolutely terrible look for the Durrant stable Frequent Friar was. $2.40 out to $4.60 and gone half way out.

I was the under bidder on Frequent Friar on him going through as a yearling. I thought he was an unbelievable specimen as a potential 3YO and later. I really can't believe how it has all gone for him.

Speed right on there suited Fingermark, ensured he got cover and a pie run in the 1/2.

Horrible ride on the leader in that race very uncharacteristic for her too.. there must have been a prize for the horse first in front at the home turn yet it still sticks on well for 3rd #-o
