Grand Marshal - Fame Game - Who Shot Thebarman
I'm banking on the Caufield Cup form to be the superior form coming into the 2016 Melbourne Cup. No better way to Spend Melbourne Cup Day then at Ascot and no better people to punt with then PUNTA. Their blokes may have somewhat questionable lids on them but their prices are definitely attractive.
Well worth having a throw at the stumps and hitting their request button because worst comes to worst you'll get a "Are You High?!" response. I genuine think that the Japanese will run away with the Cup and Fame Game will demolish rivals after his blistering final furlong in the Caufield Cup. Looks very hard to beat but for those looking for a value runner in the field I'm tipping Grand Marshal as the value runner in the field. Beat home stablemate Who Shot Thebarman in the Sydney Cup over 3200m and is certain to see out the trip. Completely luckless in the Caufield Cup, he ran into more traffic than a Thai Taxi Driver and with Jim Cassidy looking to win a third Melbourne Cup in his last week in the saddle, this could just be a fairytale ending to a sparkling career.
Grand Marshal is 1 from 1 at the distance, 1 from 1 at the track and currently $31 in most markets. Expecting the favourite to salute but hoping that Grand Marshal can boost the exotics and give backers a cheeky run for their money. Who Shot Thebarman will be whacking away down the outside and another at genuine eachway odds who can play a part.
Good luck to all playing in the Cup and hopefully we've found a few Ascot winners as well. In the words of every Aussie bloke on Melbourne Cup Day, "pour me a frothy mate".

6 of the 7 are a copy of my exact tips :)>-
I don't give Excess Knowledge any hope, so you can guarantee it'll win now...

Fame Game
Max Dynamite

.pretty bloody embarrasing!
Snow Sky and Quest for More could blow apart quartets.
I think Trip to Paris at $9 is as near to a good bet as there can be in the internationalised Melbourne Cup.

Pretty obvious.
Jump out,
Hope they don't jam up.
Or I might get squeezed out.
I will rind them up in the straight
odds are juicy.
