Who wants that? Filly by great in form sire....wouldn't think it would be on the market? Usually 'they' dont buy fillies

Has anyone asked how much they are chasing for Fuld's Bet ?

that sounds like the Fulds Bet connections are chasing $. Normally its studs that do the chasing.
In your opinion Damien what is she worth?

The 2yo fillies by EXCEED AND EXCEL are exceptional, with the right breeding,.but very few go on as three year olds.
Last year was a great example whereby Overaeach,Guelph and CAMPORELLA all won the majority of the group races for 2yo and have now all been retired to stud.It is very difficult to allow them time to fully mature,as they are very highly strung as babies and only want to race.
I would imagine that Earhquake is following a similar path to them this year.
Of The current crop of 2yo's,who we have seen I think some of the major players for next season will be Palace Intruder,Hold your Tounge,Amachisit,Jezpark
    and Chengdu

With a name like "Fuld's Bet" you'd suspect that the owners are ex-Lehman investment bankers. Could probably do with a pay day.

i think i read where the owner is not short of a quid.

Red Hot Stallion at the moment and she is one of his best, so Eastern States farms would pursue her to some extent. But the family is a bit shallow in my opinion to pay a lot of money, and I would prefer to see if she can go on or is she just restricted to weak Perth black type as an early runner. If she was to retire right now, no more than $100,000 if she raced on without success, that figure would drop dramatically. If she went on to win something better than a Karrakatta Plate, for example an Eastern States open black type race, then she could bring four times that figure.

But right now her page is weak for instance to get her stock into Sydney Easter for example.

So you say they want 400k? and you think she is worth 100k? I'm unsure as to your level of information, considering the horse has won a listed race and a midweek in Perth, not sure where you would get 400k from.

Can anyone tell me why Django has had the month between runs? Was it purely to keep the horse fresh or for a more important reason? If the race was 2 weeks ago I would have been very enthusiastic.
