Rac think you might want to amend that comment somewhat, the horse was having only its second start for their stable and it failed to go a yard on the very wet track first up.

...no amendment needed - the horse has never led - fact of life.

The comment is harsh and unwarranted, new stable being worked differently etc etc so you're not entitled to do something different with it, that's rubbish and you know it.

I'll tell you a little secret. If you see Staeck get on one of Kellie's for the first time - or first time in a while, get on. If you see Staeck get on one of Kellie's for the first time and it has had numerous jockey changes over it's previous 5 runs...get on.

If you see Staeck on one of Kellies for the first time in a while, it has had numerous rider changes over the past 5 runs and the price starts to drop in the last 2 or 3 minutes...REALY REALYY get on.
    ;)

Speaking of Staeky is he still riding for Durrant ??? Hasnt sat on one of theres for a while

..doesn't get past the impression that it was there for the one they backed - or maybe you are too tied up to see that.

Inferno is not a front runner..Never has been, never will be. have watched it very closely over the past few years and it never runs out the front. can be run just off the pace and always on the outside/wide..But only ever gets to the front if deliberately ridden that way..You'd think if the trainers was going to give instruction to ride it forward some sort of announcement should have been made..or notice given to the stewards..

Nothing wrong with a bit of experimentation as long as the public are informed. If you are just "trying something different" then I can't see why you wouldn't inform the stewards. I wonder if they would "try something different" in a race where it would be the undoing of a mate's or relative's horse?

    Ejay's Girl you star :)

She is a little star of a filly. Very consistent, and never gives up. Clearly headed in the straight but she wanted to win that...possibly even more so than Lucas (which seems impossible when he gets that whipping windmill going).

A much under rated rider. I just hope he gets a crack at a decent horse soon as i follow him pretty closely and you will barely see a bad ride.

Exactly Falcon. Always gives owners the time of day with honest assesements. Very happy to have him on board one of mine.

he was on a few of ours before he went east and we were always happy with what he did and the feedback, and we has ridden one or two since his return. He really does seem to have matured in his approach to all things and he does it without seeming to kiss arse or be condesending...

Good bloke, good feedback, easy to talk too, doesn't appear to make any glaring mistakes....and struggling to get regular rides..Amazing.

no mention of the change in racing pattern in the stewards report, and when you have the leader of the 3 wise monkey's association at the pointy end of the stewards for the day it is no surprise...
