    Eagles & Ess let me down last week not winning well enough against the easybeats. This week I like:
    Saints & Freo <15.5
    Blues 24.5+ or to lead all quarters
    Pies <39.5
    Crows 60+ or 100+
    Cats 15.5+ or to lead all quarters
    Swans & North <15.5 or North <24.5
    Weagles & Hawks <15.5

    Got a free bet this week, so gonna chuck it on my weekly multi - currently thinking:

    Carlton -41.5
    Gold Coast +20.5
    North Melbourne +3.5
    St. Kilda -17.5
    Adelaide Qtr Time Leader

    1 thing is for sure, saints will do a job on freo, the dome+saints is the vic version of the house of pain!! (along with geelong & shell stadium)

    OK, going with:

    Collingwood -25.5
    St.Kilda -17.5
    Nth Melb +3.5

    Those traditional rivalry games are dodgy as LL I wouldn't be taking the blues at -41.5 even as good ,as they r playing !

    my suggestion

    Freo with the handicap - Lyon is a tactical genius who will shut this game down and keep it a close affair

    Blues 60+ - good team of frontrunners who know how to put teams away - should be favorites for the flag

    Gold Coast win - a side that will challenge for the 8 in 2013 who is under rated by many, Brisbane are struggling with injuries to key players

    Geelong handicap - unfurling the flag at home and playing Richmond whose heads will have swollen despite beating no-one last week.

    Sydney win - no Goodes wont hurt Sydney and with North playing well last week the odds look attractive.

    Multi is about 60/1 which is what you need for a $10 bet to have any relevance

    Gee a few teams well under the odds this week.
    No way the Bullies and Lions should be the price they are. I see that Pies have already drifted. Cats also slightly unders at $1.15, but you can get $1.60 on them to lead every quarter.
    I taken 6 x 5-7 leg multis ranging in odds from $21 to $237. All banking on Saints v Freo to be <15.5 points at $2.95 for some value. Otherwise just reload on the rest :wink:
    Hoping for the Weagles v Hawks to be a close one also

    Exactly mate. Crowley tag on Dal Santo, offensive tag on Fisher, Ballantyne sweeping across half back late, good changes with Sandilands and Clarke and a structure which allowed Mundy, Hill and Barlow to sweep through and kick into open spaces got the result.
    Once the skill execution improves and turnovers lessen theyll be in the mix.
    Harves was universally recognised as a 'good bloke', but gee this bloke gives them structure and hardened self belief.

    Bullsh!t!. To make top 4 yes they need to improve, but what they served up tonight was good enough to win every home game and a few more.

    We will improve once we get the game plan down pat just you worry about beating Hawks tonight typical WC supporters you just cant stand Freo having a day in the sun quite sad really remember you have not played a club thus far who has actually won a game :wink:

    Brady you have obviously not lost enough money on Freo if you thought $3 was overs had lost many/most of these types of games before.
    But well done to Lyon and the Dockers as said didnt seem to play that well but still won without Fyfe and Pavlich not doing much good team football.

    I think that's a typical Freo response by u and funkster I wasnt saying u wont make the finals u will but if you want to do anything come finals time u need to improve a hell of a lot u were woeful against brisbane and ok in patches last night lot of work left not to go out first round come play offs mate.

    I don't care abt Freo but I base my opinion on what I see and don't make comments just cause I don't like them my names not Octavius and from what I see they need serious improvement but do have the right man leading them in Ross Lyon one of the few good decisions they have made since their inception he will make u a strong contender one year :-)


    I actually picked the hawks not realizing hodge wasn't playing he has been the game changer against us of late I think we should win now just !
