Hello,

What is behind the "Enchanced Selection Technology"?

Thought I'd make a new thread so we can house all the questions and talk about ozbet and TABTouch.mobi in the one thread. It gets far too cluttered otherwise.

    When will TAB Touch get betting slips?

    Select all your selections then put a bet amount before hitting submit.

    Especially good if people bet same amount for each selection for different races.

    Can the guys at the TAB please allow the punter to sort the next 15 races into Gallops, Trots,Dogs, All so for example when someone click on Dogs they get the next 15 dog races.

    It remembers it for two hours (since your last bet), then it automatically signs you out (for safety and security reasons)

    TABtouch.mobi worked on and off yesterday at the Races.

    Connection was difficult even when out in the open air. With 20k on course, I understand a lot of data would have been being sent/received, so I know it is to be expected.

    Not sure if anything can be done at the TAB's end to help with the connection speed.

    its a telstra issue on course. The coverage is pathetic. apparently they had made some improvements for yesterday, but still not really good enough. Cup Day was even worse.

    I noticed they got this for ozbet.com.au now. I hope it can be used on tabtouch.mobi

    Also would like more mystery bets options on tabtouch.mobi as well, choose your race etc.

    Also like a help page explaining the bet types and what it all means, and a TAB bet Calculator.

    Placing all your bets on a bet sheet before placing the bets is very important for me.

    and the Cox Plate and definitely Caulfield Cup. probably happens a lot whenever a large crowd gathers.

    Ascot reception conditions:

    In members floor: forget it
    Members seated grandstand: no worries
    Bookies ring: worked a charm
    On the grass at front: no worries

    I can't even place a bet on the favourite numbers these days. What is wrong? It has costs me thousands of dollars.

    Why does the WA TAB takes a very long time to do payouts occasionaly?

    Sometimes correct weight would of been declared around 20 minutes ago, or a Sport match was run and won 2 hours ago, yet the WA TAB has not paid out?

    They are so quick in declaring No Dividend Due however when you have a losing bet.

    Normally have the Ozbet and the Player screen open at the same time and place bets in either with the same account.

    Tried the same today, logged in as usual, but after placing a bet with Ozbet went to Player to place a bet but had to log in again.

    Went back to Ozbet to place a bet and had to log in again.

    Some bright spark (who doesn`t punt)must have decided you can only have 1 screen open to place bets.

    Its bad enough that the fixed odds aren`t on the same page as the normal tote prices now you can only have 1 page open at a time.

    Its done that to me too Fastmoney...
    Used to have both up for convenience but now i have to close one to bet on the other...
    These days i have ozbet up and sportsbet for the fixed prices as there generally better than player

    What are the improvements to tabtouch.mobi?

    I don't see anything major.

    Still can not do favourite numbers.

    Still can not do more than a 2 leg multi for horse racing fixed odds.

    Still can not do a cross of horse racing and sports in a multi.

    Still very limited in Mystery Bet options.

    Still doesn't show previous transactions.

    It should gives bet details on each bet line in the transactions page, rather than having to click on every one individually.

    Still no dedicated scratching page.

    Still no dedicated race caller tips/late mail page.

    Most Popular Sports should be sorted per user. Each Punter will have their own Popular Sports listed up the top depending on how many times they access that sport. Saves scrolling.

    Still no way of placing bets on a betting slip before submitting them. Let the punter choose to selection 12 horse races which are placed on a betting slip before submitting them.

    Help page should be an extensive as the ozbet page.

    Should have a bet calculator page.

    I went to the Scarborough TAB to deposit cash in my TAB Account but couldn't find any Account Deposit Slips.

    Does anyone know where in a TAB they are located and what they look like?

    Maybe they don't have them as it will be taking income away from the TAB store.

    rusty is correct - although I'd like to know if the TAB agency gets the same cut from an account deposit over the counter as they do from a bet?

    It does seem that account deposit slips always nearly have to be asked for!

    12 months ago I thought of starting a TAB BETTING ACCOUNT. I asked TAB MANAGER at local TAB if they took money for accounts and he said straight out. '' No it is not worth the trouble. ''

    Sorry I did not put it more clearly and it means that one TAB AGENT did not want the business. Maybe his cut was too small and not worth the trouble. What other TABS do I would not have a clue about.

    Been a while. Any news or update on having favourite numbers and mystery bets on tabtouch.mobi ?

    All the mystery bet options should be given on tabtouch.mobi

    I love playing mystery quaddies.
