That I couldn't answer, but it is not that vital. Look I used to sell BMW's for Bob, and we spent a lot of time talking horses, but when his eyes really would really light up is when he spoke of his grandaughters. As any Grandad would.

He can be a hard guy to deal with, afterall he is just a car salesman at heart, but his girls mean the world to him. Given the same opportunites we all would provide for our children and grand children in a similar manner.

Sorry Jez, but I for one cant see it. Until a horse is tried over 3200m it is an assumption.

How do you think Guest Wing would go over 3200mm - on paper at least its Perth Cup win was better - came from 13th to win, quicker race time, quicker sectional.

Sorry Jez, but I for one cant see it. Until a horse is tried over 3200m it is an assumption.

It's hard to say things like that when a horse hasnt run the 3200m and then to say she is better then Rogan Josh at 3200m - well thats a big statement to make, really it is. How do you know she is a better horse at 3200m then Rogan Josh??? 15 lengths is a hell of a lot - huge margin it is.

Yes I know it is an assumption and I am aware that 15 lengths is a massive margin but I base my assumption upon the way she won that Perth Cup, and she won easily, she came from behind, travelled up to leaders and put paid to them and then ran away with it, these are all indications that she will get the 3200m easy and as I said, 15 lengths better than Rogan Josh at this distance.

Fair enough Jezz - and I reckon at even weights God Has Spoken wins that race by at least 3 lengths. That's a 5 length turn around - at least.
Opinions - it is what makes this punting game what it is.
Wish we could see it tho - I reckon you'd owe me a motza :wink: :D

Fair call, seeing as though Rogan Josh would be 19 years old, Western Jewel would want to be 15 lengths better than him.

Rogan Josh's Cup time was 3:19.64. Pretty descent clip. Not sure how Western Jewel is better then him at 3200m by 15 lengths. But it is your opinon - you are entitled to it. I won't be agreeing with it though.
