youngster hurt at back track

Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't there a certain age of a rider to be riding at the back track and handling horses!
Again seems one rule for some and one for others.
Someone should be reprimanded over this accident yesterday.
Not sure exactly what happened but everyone saying it was an accident waiting to happen and the accident SHOULD never have happened!!
Hope the kid is alright

    think he broke his leg, hope the boy is OK, backtrack is used by plenty who shouldn't be on it, hack and pony's can be seen on there every day, the boy was being watched and taught by people with plenty of experience, accidents sometimes just happen

    You reckon Piston ! With that lot the safety is not the priority, jsut waking up in the morning is, especially after the weekend they had.
