    Super Win by Playing God had them done a long way from home but was still really impressed by Luckygreys run fantastic 1st prep by this horse he is a topliner in the making set weights aginst PG and took a bit of ground of him no disgrace to run 2nd to him

    Im not convinced he is going to get a mile and half as God has spoken struggled and go back to his KT win at WFA he had 50kg on his back and was ridden a treat and just beat IJ who gave it plenty of weight so if he runs into and out an out stayer he will get rolled 1600-1800m thats him no further IMO

    As well as the Australian Guineas, Playing God holds an entry for the Group One Australian Cup - a race in which he would be well suited at weight-for-age.

    On reflection, with the obvious potential benefits, a shot at the big ones in Melbourne is warranted. :wink:

    Faaaark the WA Derby, if anything it would reduce value as a sire. All he needs is a barrier and he'd be chance in the mile there. Moderate lot, Anacheeva's the most overrated horse going around.

    IMHO let's not get carried away with the greys run, he had the tag and fitness - the first upper had to pull trigger long way out. He only got past a thing that got beat 4 at a midweeker. Not convinced a topliner yet but maybe he'll improve when his wheels sort themselves out.

    A sire making race the Aust Guineas. Would be mad not to try, and i agree, he would be better suited over a mile than a mile and a half.

    agree the horse should go contest the race but which sires would u be refering to that have won the race?

    miss finland won it a few years ago, heart of dreams is still running as we speak, light fantastic has had the chop, apache cat ditto... :?

    nearly every horse before that going back to Zabeel

    Today's West says Nev is 95% certain of going over for the Guineas (probably 2nd up) which was always in the plans. The 5% would be flight cancellations I guess.

    I agree the mile and half might test him.
    The long straight at flemington will help him and he can back up 1 week later and if he wins the aust cup it will definately help his sir status

    Yes he would be the first son of Blackfirars to stand at stud, and I reckon he's into the race up to his ears. The only danger would be Anacheeva.
