BLACK FELIX - very nice win, could be a real topliner

GRAND JARDIN - Bruce Watkins is a real marvel geting this horse back to his best

RAILWAY STAKES - disappointing race for mine, Craig Williams shows why he is a real pro - just outrode them all. Famous Roman clearly the best run of the race.

    And the upside down ride of the day was Ike on Mekong Miss ,maybe Harro told him to take a sit he tried that with Waratahs and that got him no were but im still baffled as to why they sat in race derived of pace ??? Stewards should have asked the question

    SJ made a comment after Black Felix won he stated that he was going to offer the ride to his son Dunc but opted not to as he has had discplinary problems again so bugger him i tyhink thats a good message family or not ,the lad has a stack of ability but a 2 cent head from what im told needs a clip around the chops !!!!!

    Havent read all posts but no one seems to have made any comment on how bad the track bias was up front and on the fence was only place you should have been. And on times no way track was a good 3 number of jockeys commenting saying track was very wet closer to dead than good
    any thoughts

    I didnt think it was too bad and was expected anyway

    Railway they just walked - overall time was slow and the run home was quick - jocks on backmarkers were inept in not putting horses into the race

    track couldnt have been too bad because Grand Jardin ran a nice time in the last and they broke the race record by 1.5 secs in the Tattersalls
