I see that racing.com has got short of Terry Bailey, i know he was not the most accurate caller but didn't mind the bloke bit of a character. Seems like there is a big changing of the times with racing media

Racing Victoria turnover declined 10.2% last year and might be under more pressure this financial year as well. The Melbourne Cup is just starting to get a whiff of poor publicity as well.

Things are not all rosy in the Garden State.

Terry along with Dr. Turf were about the only two presenters who had the guts and said it like it is

Terry called at Mornington on Monday. He's heavily involved in the greyhound industry, and probably won't miss calling but his Tuesday with Terry will be missed if axed from Racing.com coz Terry wasn't afraid to ask tough questions. Turf was on a panel show during the carnivals. He's called racing.com and the whole way the industry is being run a sh1t show and might lose his position on that show because racing Victoria don't cop criticism too well. He won't care, he's a multimillionaire many times over.
