    I wrote on another forum the jockey went too early on the fav. I stand by my comments(talking through my kick of, course)

    @thefalcon that fav ran 2nd in a listed race in QLD, though and it handles the surface. He went too soon and was beaten by a better stayer.

    The owner of the winner owns the TAB in Darwin in the city, met him last week, top bloke, and he tipped it to me, so as a smart person would do I had a crack at it. Tom Bosley, Anson Williams, Marion Ross, Danny Most are all coming round my place tonight.

    the only non positive things I say are betting on outer country tracks, multis....and driving from broome to PH... :))

    Massive? How? The fav was wide early on a hot speed before settling in its spot at least half a dozen lengths in front of the eventual winner. Then it was three and four wide from the 1000m mark. The winner sat back last and did no work and gets up by a neck on the line. Spare me. The fav was slaughtered pure and simple. =;
