The format is still somewhat up in the air, based on how many entries we receive.
What we do know is that we are hopeful of doubling the prize this time round to $2000. There will still be a weekly prize of $100 free bet.
This time round, there will be many many more wild cards, up to 50. More wild cards will be awarded in the first few weeks as a "second chance". Later in the competition, only a few per week will be handed out.

TAB have confirmed their sponsorship and will be doubling the prizemoney to $2k provided the winner holds an active account with the TAB.
Weekly prize to be doubled from $50 to $100 if the weekly winner has an account and has had a bet in that particular week.
So, well worth the promotion to double the prizemoney and open an account if you dont already have one.

If wildcards are set in stone by the rules then not so bad.
I just hope that you can see who your opponent has tipped. It's more fun in the run when you know the horse you're up against.
