I can see why there would be a few eyebrows raised. Smith has made an immediate impact and that's going to get people gossiping-whether that's fair or not, it's always going to happen. Hawkes has always been a talker rather than a listener though. Whether it be humans or equines. Did someone say "Chautauqua"? :-$ :-@

just watched for the first time... Hawkes left no doubt what he was insinuating by his facial expression. He might not have said it, but he meant it.

I cant remember Lindsey ever being in trouble in all my time in racing... so the speculation is a bit unfair. Sure if he had a long record of trouble... but he doesnt.

I hope he continues on with his success and smashes it up those victorians.

just read where jarrod mclean has been barred until 24 criminal charges have been decided. what an evil place that stable is proving to be.

Lindsay would be advised to distance himself as far as possible from his well know mateship with Weir. that dog/flea adage that someone mentioned is unquestionably relevant in this instance.

I presume Smith will take over trap for fools...
